A free behavior support pilot for your school this fall.

We're partnering with a small group of schools to bring Classroom Insight to classrooms this year. You'll get the full product, set up personally by our team before the school year starts — free through December.

What your school gets

  • The full product for your whole staff: daily check-ins, incident reports, case files, dashboards, and AI tools that help with drafting. Every feature is included.
  • Hands-on setup in August. We'll work with you to set up your behavior categories, class periods, staff roles, and access, so your teachers start the year with everything already in place.
  • A 15-minute staff walkthrough during your back-to-school PD day, live or recorded.
  • You can reach us directly all semester, and your feedback shapes what gets built next.

What we ask from you

  • A main point of contact — usually an AP, dean, or counselor — who helps lead the pilot on your side.
  • Teachers give it a real try: daily check-ins for at least one grade level or team, and incidents recorded in Classroom Insight instead of on paper.
  • A 15-minute check-in with us every week or two.
  • At the end, an quick conversation on how things went. If it worked, we'll ask for a short case study and for your school to continue on the standard plan. If it didn't, we'll export your data on request and delete it on the schedule described in our privacy policy.

How the fall works

  1. 1July: A 20-minute demo. If it's a good fit, we'll agree on what success looks like together — things like how many teachers are using it each week, how quickly incidents get followed up, or how much easier it is to prepare for a student meeting.
  2. 2August: We'll get everything set up and introduce it to your staff.
  3. 3September–December: Your team uses it. We check in regularly to answer questions, make adjustments, and fix anything that comes up.
  4. 4December: We look at how it went together, and you decide whether to continue.

Common questions

Is it really free?

Through December, yes — the full product, with no payment required and no credit card needed. In return, we ask for honest feedback and, if it works well, a short case study.

What about student data privacy?

Each staff member sees only the students in their scope, records are encrypted, and our AI never trains on student data. We're glad to sign your district's data privacy agreement (DPA). Full details are in the security overview.

What happens to our data if we don't continue?

Your school has 30 days to request an export after the pilot ends. After that, we delete your student data within 60 days and confirm in writing if you ask.

How much teacher time does it take?

About two minutes per class for the daily check-in. If it's taking longer than that, please tell us — that's something we'd want to fix. The whole point is to give your teachers time back, not ask for more of it.

Do we need IT involvement?

Nothing to install. Staff can sign in with Google or use accounts we create during setup, and class rosters can be brought in from a spreadsheet (CSV file).

Need privacy and security details before you pilot?

Review the security overview, privacy policy, and terms.
